First, turn on your Xbox One console. Press the Xbox button on your controller to turn it on. Then, press and hold the connect button on your console (it's a small circular button). While doing this, press and hold the connect button on top of the controller until the Xbox button flashes. Once the lights stop flashing, you’re paired!

Pro tip: If you’re pairing via Bluetooth to a PC or mobile device, just press the connect button on the controller till the Xbox button blinks. Find “Xbox Wireless Controller” in your device’s Bluetooth settings and connect. Easy peasy!

Just plug the controller into the console with a USB cable, and it'll pair automatically. Fastest way to do it!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
