In GTA 5, there's no traditional split-screen co-op for the main storyline, but you can team up with a friend in GTA Online, which is the game's multiplayer mode. Here, you can join forces to complete missions, heists, or just cause some chaos in Los Santos together. Just make sure both of you have a copy of the game and an active internet connection!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but no 2 player mode in GTA 5's main story. Your best bet is diving into GTA Online for that sweet co-op action.

I remember trying to set up a 2-player game in GTA 5 with my cousin. Turns out, the only way to do anything 'together' in the game is by hopping into GTA Online. We ended up doing a bunch of missions and had a blast. Just make sure both players have the game and you're good to go!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
