Easiest way: Use the web version of Instagram! Just go to instagram.com, log in, and click the '+' icon at the top.
You can use Developer Tools in your browser. Open Chrome, go to Instagram, right-click and choose 'Inspect,' then switch to mobile view. Easy peasy!
