Unplug it! That's the foolproof way. Or, head to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Power' and select 'Power Off', if your Roku model supports it.

Put your TV to sleep — the Roku will follow if it's a Roku TV. For streaming sticks, unplugging is your best bet!
