How do you power your structure with a generator in Fallout 76?
TabulatingMadam路7 months agoJust build a generator, then slap down some power connectors on your structure and connect 'em with wires. Easy peasy!

Dude, just make sure you've got a generator and enough power to feed whatever you're trying to run. Some gear needs more juice than others.
You actually don't always need a generator for power. If you're clever, you can find existing sources of power in the world and tap into those. But, for most situations, yeah, crafting a generator and wiring it up as described above does the trick.
First up, you gotta find yourself a generator plan and build it using resources. Once you have a generator, place it anywhere you like near your structure. After that, you need to connect it to your structure using wires. You can attach the wire from the generator to a power pylon and then from the pylon to your structure. Don't forget, different generators produce different amounts of power, so choose one that suits your needs.
