Just click on the pin you want to print, and you'll see a three-dot menu. Hit 'Download image' and then print it from your device. Easy peasy!
Hit the share button (looks like an arrow) on the pin, choose 'Download image,' and then head to your downloads folder to print it from there. Done and done.
Honestly, you could just screenshot the Pinterest image and print that. Works just fine for me!
