Easy peasy! Just equip one hair in the Avatar Editor, then open Advanced Settings and paste the ID of the second hair.

Go to your Avatar Editor, put on the first hair, then go to Advanced settings and add the ID of the second hair—done!

Personal experience here: I always copy the hair ID from the URL, then paste it in the Avatar Editor's Advanced Settings. Works like a charm!
