Hey there! Make sure your PS5 is turned on, then gently insert the disc into the slot. If upright, the label should face left. If horizontal, the label faces up.

I had the same issue! Make sure your console is on, then slide the disc in slowly. If the PS5 is standing, the label should face left. If it's lying down, the label should face up. Hope that helps!

Just slide the disc into the slot on the front of your PS5, label side facing to the left if it's upright or up if it's horizontal. Easy peasy!
