First, find the decal you want in the Roblox library. Click on it and copy the Asset ID from the URL. Then, in Roblox Studio, insert a part, open its properties, and paste the Asset ID into the 'Texture' field. Voila, your decal is applied!

You just need to go to the decal page, snag the URL, and shove that in the 'Texture' property of whatever part you wanna slap it on in Roblox Studio.

I usually open Roblox Studio, add a part, and then paste the decal's Asset ID from the library into the 'Texture' section in the part's properties. Done and dusted!
