Hold down the PS button on the DualSense controller, go to 'Power', and then choose 'Enter Rest Mode'. Simple as that.

Just press the PlayStation button on your controller to open the Control Center, scroll to the right, and select 'Power' > 'Enter Rest Mode'. Easy peasy!
