First, you'll need to gather craftable materials by scavenging or from battles. Then, head to any Refinery Shop (like the one in Argentum Trade Guild) to refine those Aux Cores. Easy peasy!

You need to visit any Blacksmith in the game and select the refine option under the customize blades menu. Gather those collectibles!

Gather materials for refining from battles or salvage. Visit a Refinery Shop (Argentum is a good start) and refine those Aux Cores.

You refine Aux Cores by heading over to a blacksmith and selecting the 'Customize Blades' option. From there, you'll see 'Refine Aux Cores.' Collect the materials needed and you're good to go!
