Just don't download the game after purchasing if you're unsure. You have 14 days to request a refund if it remains untouched.
You gotta contact PlayStation Support directly. Go to the PlayStation website, find the support section, and start a live chat or call them. I've done it before, and it works if you're within their refund policy!
If you bought the game within the last 14 days and haven't downloaded it, you can contact PlayStation Support for a refund. Trust me, I've been there!
Honestly, it's not easy because Sony's policy is pretty strict. Essentially, no download, no refund.
