First-hand tip: I recently refunded a game on Xbox. I went to the Microsoft account order history page (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders). Clicked on the game, then 'Request a refund'. They processed it pretty quickly. Just make sure the game's still within the refund window.

Super easy! Just head over to the Xbox refund request page (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders) and sign in with your Microsoft account. From there, you'll find your purchased game and can select 'Request a refund'. Make sure the game qualifies for a refund (usually within 14 days of purchase and played less than 2 hours).

Actually, don't buy games you might want to refund later. Problem solved.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
