If you're trying to remove reviews from a Facebook Page you manage, go to your Page, click 'Reviews' in the left-hand menu, find the pesky review, click the three dots, and boom! It's gone.
Can't remove? Consider reporting it if it's inappropriate or against Facebook's community standards.
You can also turn off the Reviews section entirely for your Page if things get out of hand, but that's the nuclear option!
