I deleted my Instagram once! Head to their help page, search 'delete account', and follow the instructions. Easy peasy!
Deleting your account is final. To proceed, go to the account deletion page in your browser.
You can temporarily disable your Instagram account if you're not ready for a permanent goodbye. Go to settings and select 'Edit Profile' to find the temporary disable option.
