Between battles, head to the menu. Select your damaged plane and click the repair button. Easy peasy, and your plane will be good as new!

If you need to repair your plane in War Thunder, just land safely on the airfield during a battle. Then, you gotta wait a bit while the ground crew works their magic. Patience, young pilot!
