Yeah, you can't get deleted posts back. Consider keeping a backup next time!
If you think you accidentally deleted something, it might be in your activity log under 'Deleted,' but this only works for recent deletions.
Hate to break it to you, but Facebook doesn't allow for the retrieval of deleted posts. It鈥檚 like trying to get toothpaste back into the tube!
