You scan PokéStops simply by selecting the PokéStop, tapping the three dots in the upper-right corner, and then launching the Scan PokéStop option. Happy scanning!

To scan a QR code in Pokémon GO, just tap the Main Menu, go to the Items, and select QR Scanner. Easy peasy!
