Simple! Just use a two-finger swipe on the touchpad to scroll up and down. Works like a charm on my Chromebook!

Scrolling sux on my Chromebook too, but just use a USB mouse. Way easier than fighting the touchpad.

Try using the arrow keys if the two-finger swipe isn't working for you. It's not as smooth, but it gets the job done.
