Trust me, I've tried everything – there's no way to get those messages back once you delete them on Messenger.
Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't offer a way to recover deleted messages. You're out of luck if you didn't save them beforehand.
You can't see deleted messages on Facebook Messenger. Once you delete them, they're gone for good.
