Just check your friends list. If someone’s missing, they probably hit the unfriend button. Trust issues? There's an app for that.
Once I realized a friend was gone when I couldn’t tag them in a post. Another way is to use third-party apps, but be careful—they can be sketchy.
Short answer: You don't. Facebook doesn't notify you when someone unfriends you. Time to move on, buddy!
