Easy peasy! Go to 'Settings & Privacy' > 'Settings' > 'Blocking'. You'll see all the people you've blocked there.

It's in your settings, under 'Blocking'. Took me ages to find it too!
Just head to Settings, then Privacy, then Blocking. You'll see the list. Happy unblocking!
