Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, tap on the three lines in the top right, then go to Settings > Privacy > Blocked Accounts. Voilà!
In my experience, just head to your profile, hit the three lines in the corner, then go to Settings, Privacy, and find Blocked Accounts.
Settings -> Privacy -> Blocked Accounts. Done.
