Open Facebook, hit the dropdown arrow in the top right, select 'Settings & Privacy' then 'Settings,' and finally 'Blocking.' Enjoy your list of blocked folks!
Just head to Settings > Blocking and BAM, there's your list.
From my experience, the quickest way is: Settings & Privacy, Settings, and then Blocking. The list is there waiting!
