I do this all the time: Open Spotify, go to the 'Home' tab, and scroll down to 'Recently Played'. Simple as that!
Easy peasy! Just open Spotify, click on your profile picture on the top right, and select 'Account.' Then head to 'Privacy Settings.' You'll see a 'Download your data' option there. Check your email for the link, and voila!
You can only see up to 50 tracks of your Spotify history directly on the app. If you want more detailed history, you might have to request your full data from Spotify through their privacy settings.
A bit of a hot take, but Spotify should really make accessing your history easier. Just sayin'...
