How do you sell a house in GTA?
Selling a house in GTA isn't as straightforward as buying one, since the game doesn't allow you to directly sell properties. But, you can essentially 'trade' your house for a new one. When you purchase a new property, you have the option to trade in your old one, which gives you a partial refund towards the purchase. It's like selling, but with extra steps!

You can't really 'sell' houses in GTA like you do in real life. Best you can do is trade it in when you're buying a new one. Kinda like swapping cars, but with houses.
Sadly, no direct sales. Only trade-ins. Wish we could have garage sales in GTA, though!
