Unfortunately, you can't directly sell a house in GTA 5 like you do with cars or bikes. The only way to 'sell' a house is by trading it in while purchasing a new one. When you buy a new house, you get some trade-in value for your existing place, which kinda feels like selling it. Make sure you buy something you really like!

Nope, you can't sell your house in GTA 5. Best you can do is trade it in when you're buying a new one. It's like part-exchanging your car at the dealership. Choose wisely!

Straight up selling houses in GTA 5? That's a no-go. Trade-in is your only option. Embrace the trade life, it鈥檚 all we got.

Actually, selling houses isn't a thing in GTA 5. But trading in when getting a new property? Totally doable. Think of it as recycling - you're just giving your old home a new purpose while upgrading your living situation!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
