Oh, the joys of real estate in Los Santos! To sell a property in GTA 5 Online, you can't sell it directly for cash like you'd hope. What you do is trade it in when buying a new property. The game will offer you a trade-in price for your old property, which is subtracted from the price of the new one you're buying. So, in essence, you're kind of selling, but more like swapping with a cash adjustment.

Short and sweet - you can't directly sell properties for cash in GTA 5 Online. You've gotta buy something else and trade your old place towards it. Think of it like part-exchanging cars, but with more virtual explosions and less paperwork.

Just gotta add, I think it's kinda lame we can't outright sell properties in GTA 5 Online. Feels like they missed a trick for making some quick cash without grinding.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
