Selling apartments in GTA Online isn't as straightforward as clicking a 'sell' button, sadly. What you can do though, is trade it in when buying a new apartment or garage. This way, you'll get some credit towards the purchase price of the new property. Just remember, the trade-in value is less than what you paid, but hey, it's better than nothing!

Actually, you can't really 'sell' your apartments in GTA Online like you can with cars or other items. The best you can do is replace them. When you buy a new one, you can choose to trade in an old property, which gives you a part of your money back. It's kinda like selling, but more like trading up.

Nope, you can't sell them. Just trade in when buying something new.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
