Ah, the high life of a GTA mogul! Sadly, you can't directly sell garages in GTA V like you can flip a house on HGTV. What you CAN do is trade it in when buying a new property. The game automatically gives you a trade-in value for your old garage, which is subtracted from the price of the new one you're eyeing. So, technically, it's like selling, but with extra steps!

Nope, can't sell them outright. Just trade in when upgrading.

I tried flipping properties in GTA V thinking I'd make a fortune. Ended up learning you can't sell garages by themselves. Had to settle for trading in when buying a new place. Not exactly the real estate mogul life I was hoping for, but hey, that trade-in value came in handy!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
