You can't directly sell apartments in GTA 5, folks. Best you can do is a trade-in when you're buying a new one. Think of it as swapping, not selling.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't outright sell your apartment in GTA 5 like you would in the real world. What you CAN do, though, is trade it in. When you buy a new apartment or property, you get the option to trade in your old one, and this will give you a discount on the purchase price. It's like part-exchanging your car; you won't get a full cash refund, but it's a handy way to upgrade on the cheap.

Actually traded my old place for a swankier pad in the game once. Didn't get all my money back, but the trade-in offer was decent enough to make it feel like a mini win. You lose some, you win some, right?

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
