Sorry, but no garage sales in Los Santos. You gotta trade that old apartment in when you're upgrading. It's like getting a discount, not cash.

In GTA V, you can't directly sell an apartment like you do in the real world. What you can do, though, is trade it in. When you're buying a new apartment or property, you get the option to trade in your existing one. This will give you a deduction on the price of the new place, effectively 'selling' your old apartment. Remember, you only get half the value of the original purchase price towards the new one, so choose wisely!

Here's the real talk: GTA V doesn't have a 'sell' button for apartments. When you move up in the world and buy a new fancy spot, you get to trade the old one. It's a sweet deal because you knock some bucks off the price of the new crib. Always upgrading, never looking back. Just how it is in the game!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
