Unfortunately, you can't directly sell houses in GTA like you can with cars. The best you can do is trade it in when buying a new one. The game will give you a trade-in value for your old property which gets deducted from the price of the new one you're buying. So, pick your next dream home wisely!

Nope, can't sell houses outright. GTA ain't exactly real estate friendly in that way. Best bet is swapping it out when upgrading. Little bit of a bummer, I know.

Trade-ins are the way to go. Sold my old digs when I upgraded to that swanky apartment in Eclipse Towers. Not exactly selling, but got a decent chunk of change deducted from the new place's price. Works out in the end!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
