Ah, the age-old question of real estate in Los Santos. Here's the deal: you can't directly sell properties like houses or garages in GTA V like you might hope. BUT, you can trade them in when buying a new property. The game will give you a trade-in value for your current place, subtracting that from the price of the new one. So, kinda like selling, but with extra steps.

Nah, you can't just sell properties outright in GTA V. It's all about the trade. When you're buying something new and shiny, that's when you can ditch the old digs and get some cash knocked off the price.

Straight up selling properties isn't a thing, sadly. I tried flipping homes in GTA V thinking I'd be the next virtual real estate mogul, but no dice. Trading in is the closest you get. Still made a decent profit when I traded up to a swankier pad, though.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
