Setting up hotkeys in Fallout 76 is super easy and a real game changer for quick access to weapons, food, or whatever you need in the wasteland. All you gotta do is open the favorites wheel by pressing the 'F' key on PC, or the d-pad on consoles. Then, hover over the item you want to hotkey and press the corresponding number key (1-9) on PC or select it with the d-pad on consoles. Boom! You're all set to quick-draw like a post-apocalyptic cowboy!

Hotkeys? In Fallout 76, I just smash the keys and hope for the best. Works like a charm... most of the time.

Just drag and drop, buddy. Open your fav wheel with 'F' or the d-pad, pick your item, and assign it a number or spot. Easy peasy.

Honestly, I never bother with hotkeys in Fallout 76. I like to live dangerously and scroll through my entire inventory mid-battle.
