How do you set your Facebook to private?
Click the little down arrow at the top right, hit Settings & Privacy, go to Privacy, and tweak everything to 'Friends' or 'Only Me.' Easy peasy!

Go to your profile, click the three dots, and select 'View As' to see what the public can see and adjust from there. It’s a life saver!
Settings > Privacy > Who can see your future posts? Set it to 'Friends.' Also, don't forget to check your old posts.
