Sharing games on Steam is super easy with Family Sharing! First, you gotta enable Steam Guard in your settings. Next, log into your Steam account on the computer you wanna share your games with. Go into 'Settings' > 'Family', and authorize the computer. Then, you can share your game library with family members by authorizing their accounts too. Just remember, only one person can play a game at a time, so no co-op Portal 2 unless you have another copy.

Used Family Sharing a lot, it's great for single-player games. My bro and I share our libraries, so we get to play twice as many games. Remember though, some games might not be shareable due to third-party restrictions.

Nah, just gift the games. Family Sharing sounds nice until you realize you can't play together. Gifting means you each have your own copy. Problem solved.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
