To share items in The Division 2, just drop the items you want to share within an hour of looting it, and make sure you're in a group with the person you want to share it with. Easy peasy!
You can't share everything, but for most gear and weapons, just be in a group, and drop loot within an hour of picking it up.
Simply drop the loot while in a group and make sure it’s within the hour time frame since you looted it. Done and dusted!
