To summon the Queen Bee in Terraria, you gotta break the larva inside one of the beehives found in the Underground Jungle. These hives are pretty easy to spot once you're there. Just make sure you're ready for a fight before you crack that larva because the Queen Bee will immediately come after you.

The Queen Bee can also be called upon with an Abeemination, which is a craftable item. You'll need 5 Honey Blocks, 5 Hive Blocks, 1 Stinger, and 1 Bottled Honey. Mix them all at a Demon or Crimson Altar, and voila, you've got your very own Queen Bee summoning device. Use it in the Jungle biome to start the battle.

Actually, I found the Abeemination method more reliable. Breaking the larva can sometimes be a hassle, especially if you're not fully prepared or accidentally stumble upon one. Crafting the Abeemination gives you control over when and where you fight the Queen Bee.
