If the player you're trying to spectate is on your friends list, you'll see an eye icon next to their name if they're in a match. Just tap that to watch them in action!

I've done this a lot! You need to be friends with the person in PUBG Mobile and then select their profile from your friends list while they're in a match. Easy peasy!
