If you want to start fresh on Hay Day, reinstall the app and use a new Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Easy peasy!
Simply put, you can't truly 'start over' unless you use a new account. Otherwise, you're stuck with your current farm.
I actually went through this! Had to create a new Game Center ID. A bit of a hassle but worth it for a fresh start.
