Look for a hidden bunker entrance in the bushes - it's part of the Abandoned Waste Dump in the Mire region. Once inside, you'll find a corpse that triggers the 'Bunker Buster' quest. This is your golden ticket into the Enclave. Just follow the quest line, and it’ll lead you right through the process of joining the Enclave. Good luck, and watch out for those Deathclaws!
