Just did this yesterday! Go to [Twitch Prime](https://twitch.amazon.com/prime), connect your accounts, and then subscribe for free by clicking the 'Subscribe' button on your favorite channel and selecting 'Subscribe Free with Prime'.
First, go to the Twitch website, hover over your profile icon, click on 'Settings', then 'Connections', and link your Amazon account. Once that's done, you can head over to the channel you want to sub to and use your free Prime sub!
