Summoning the Brain of Cthulhu is pretty straightforward but spooky! You've gotta break three Crimson Hearts found in the Crimson biomes' chasms. Use bombs or a pickaxe that can mine through the Crimstone to reach them. After you smash the third one, prepare for a battle because the Brain of Cthulhu will show up ready to rumble.

Easy peasy, break three Crimson Hearts in the Crimson biome. But if you're not feeling like going on a demolition spree, you can craft a Bloody Spine using 15 Vertebrates at a Crimson Altar. Use it in the Crimson, and boom, it's brain time!

Honestly, just craft a Bloody Spine. Breaking those Crimson Hearts feels like too much work when you're trying to farm the boss.
