To summon the Deerclops in Terraria, ya gotta find yourself a Deerclops Eyeball, which can drop from any enemy during a Snowstorm in the Hardmode Snow biome. Once you've got that eyeball, wait for it to be nighttime, and then use the item anywhere in Terraria's world. Make sure you're ready for a tough fight, though!
