Honestly, I don't get why everyone makes such a big deal about the Queen Slime. Just spam her with your strongest weapons and keep moving. The real challenge is finding that Gelatin Crystal, which can be a bit of a pain. Just keep your eyes peeled in the Underground Hallow; it'll show up eventually.

Summoning the Queen Slime in Terraria is like throwing a royal party she can't resist! First, you gotta find a Gelatin Crystal in the Underground Hallow. These shiny little things spawn on Pearlstone or Pink Ice blocks. Once you've got your hands on one, head to the Hallow (anywhere you feel fancy, above or underground) and use the Gelatin Crystal. Boom! Her majesty will grace you with her presence. Ready your weapons and maybe wear something nice.

Just find a Gelatin Crystal in the Underground Hallow and use it in the Hallow. Easy peasy.
