When you reach the point where it asks you to switch discs, simply press the Options button on your controller and choose 'Switch Disc' from the menu that appears. Easy peasy!

In Resident Evil 2 PSN, you don't physically switch discs. Instead, press the Options button, go to 'Switch Disc' and select the next disc. Classic survival horror without the hassle!
