Easy peasy! First, turn on your Xbox One. Then press and hold the sync button on your console until its light blinks. Next, press and hold the sync button on your controller until the Xbox button begins flashing. When the lights stop blinking and stay solid, you're synced!

Forget all those steps. Just use a USB cable! Plug it into the controller and console, and you're good to go. No fuss!

I do this all the time: Turn on the console, press the sync button on the console (right side or front depending on model) until it blinks, then press the sync button on the controller. Flashing lights = magic!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
