First, grab a Synthesis Scanner and Kinetic Siphon Traps from Cephalon Simaris at any relay. Then, track your target by following the trails left behind by their footprints or other clues. When you find 'em, try not to get vaporized!

You need to equip the Synthesis Scanner from Cephalon Simaris and locate your target using the blue icon on the minimap. Once you find them, just scan all the highlighted points on their body. Mission accomplished!

Equip the Synthesis Scanner, find your target, and scan the marked points on their body. Simple as that!
