Easy peasy! While viewing the photo, click the 'Tag Photo' option. Then click on the person's face and start typing their name. Select the person from the list that appears. Done!

Not sure why this is even a question, but just click the photo, hit 'Tag Photo,' then click on their face and type their name.
Just click on the photo, select 'Tag Photo' at the bottom, click on the person's face, and type their name. Boom. Tagged!
